This wine is made from carefully selected grapes and has a deep purple color. It has a complex nose with an intense mixture of berries and pepper. The palate reveals Blue-and Blackberries, pomegranate and white pepper with a long smokey finish. The wine is small production and is aged in French oak barrel for 6 months.

Small production of carefully selected grapes. Fermentation in French Oak barrel. No malolactic fermentation. Skin contact with battonage once a week. French oak matured for 6 months.
